Q: Where is the company located?
A: We are located in Durham,North Carolina.
Q: Are your products cruelty free?
A: Yes, we are cruelty free, and we never test on animals.
Q: Why are your processing times 2-7 business days?
Orders are processed within 2-7 business days(Mon-Fri).Here at LoveYannie, when you place an order with us during the processing time your product is being made, inspected, packaged and then shipped out.Sunday a Saturday are not business days.
Q: Are your products edible?
A: Even though our products smell absolutely delicious, are products are NOT for consumption. External use only. Sorry.
Q: Help!! My package has been marked as delivered but it hasn’t arrived.
A: Sometimes USPS/UPS will scan items as delivered to pass their daily duties and won’t deliver until the next business day. I recommend you to try to wait 2 more days & then you can file a claim on your package with USPS/UPS .
Q: How can I change my address after I placed an order?
A: You may email customer service immediately with your name, order number and the address that you would like your product to be shipped to at info@loveyannie.com.Please be sure to double check your info before placing an order. Once your order ships out unfortunately we cannot change the destination.
Q: How do I test your products?
A:If you are concerned that your skin may have a reaction, please do a small patch test, and wait 24-48 hours. If irritation occurs please discontinue use.
Q: Can I cancel my order once my purchase is made?
A: Yes, you may cancel your order before you have received your tracking information/shipping label. If you received a tracking number already, your order has already been processed and cannot be canceled.
Q: My body butter has melted, is it still useable? What do I do?
A: Yes! Body butters are still reusable after melting. Although it may not have the same color/whip pattern, you can still refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes then microwave for 5-10 seconds and mix it up until it softens.
Q: Is my credit/debit card information safe?
A: Yes! We process all of our orders through a safe, encryption payment processing system. We do not have access to your credit card information, nor can we store your credit card information.
Q: Does my order come with tracking?
A: Of course! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for shipping information to appear.
